The Port Townsend Pétanque Alliance welcomes all to participate in this French version of boule sports, related to bocce and lawn balls. Easy to play but challenging to master, beginners and experts can participate together and enjoy the social elements of team play.

Newcomers are encouraged to join us during our club play days. We have boules to loan, new acquaintances to meet, and friendly competition to offer in the

PNW sunshine throughout the year.​

 

Our regular club days are Wednesdays and Sundays beginning at 1:00 PM. We are located beside NCO Row on the grounds of Fort Worden State Park in Port Townsend.

 

We host a number of competitions from March through October. On the second weekend in August we host our signature event: the Port Townsend Open, a tournament that draws top players from across the country.
