Registration for The EPC Food Bank Tourney

There is room for ten more teams to register for the 2026 Edmonds Petanque Club Food Bank Tournament.

Registration deadline has been extended until August 25.

If you would like to play but do not have two other people to make up your team, send a note to edmondspetanque@gmail.com; and we will do our best to locate teammates.

Here are the details about the August 29 tournament:

Edmonds Petanque Club's annual Food Bank Tournament contributes all proceeds to the Edmonds Food Bank. It's a worthy cause and a fun day of petanque. Whether you play in the tournament or not, please consider making a donation to the EPC in support of the Food Bank (via check, PayPal, Zelle, or cash, in advance or on the day of the tournament). We will also collect non-perishable food donations at the petanque grove on the day of the tournament.

WHEN: Saturday, August 29. Sign-in at 8:00am/Games start at 9:00am/4:00pm finish. Spectators are welcome!

WHO PLAYS: Open to all, EPC members and non-members. Limited to 26 mixed triples teams (Each team includes at least one female and one male).

FORMAT: Expedited round-robin where everyone plays in all five rounds. Rankings will be based on wins, differential points, and total points.

WHERE: Edmonds Civic Playfield at 6th and Bell in Edmonds.

HOW TO REGISTER: Online. Go to the Edmonds Petanque Club website at www.edmondspetanqueclub.org.

IMPORTANT: 

• Each Player MUST submit a separate registration and payment by 5:00pm on August 25. When registering, a player MUST name his/her partners.

• The first player's registration will hold his/her team's place in the tournament as long as the two remaining players on the team submit their separate registrations by the deadline.

• If a team has not registered its three members by the August 25 deadline, that team's place will be given to the first fully-registered team on the waitlist.

• Deadline: August 25 at 5:00pm

• How Much? $50 per person (free for players who want to be available as substitutes)

• Bring Your Lunch! EPC provides morning and afternoon snacks
